Miniroos Technical Director
Jai Ingham
Appointed in 2024, Jai Ingham has quickly become a key figure in strengthening Malvern City FC’s MiniRoos program. His focus is on building a strong coaching base and elevating player development across all age groups.
Jai shared his vision for the program: “Joining as the MiniRoos TD is a huge step forward for me in growing the game. I’ve come in with huge aspirations to grow the program and make Malvern City a very competitive club in the MiniRoos competition. We’ll be working tirelessly to recruit the right coaches to ensure players’ development keeps improving.”
In addition to his technical role, Jai has also played in the club’s senior squad and was instrumental in their recent promotion in to VPL2.

Miniroos
U8-U11
Malvern City FC’s MiniRoos Program provides young footballers in the U8-U11 age groups with a positive, engaging and structured environment focused on developing the core foundations of the game. Led by Football Director Jai Ingham, the program is designed to build players’ individual technical ability, confidence, creativity, and understanding of football through age-appropriate training and a consistent football philosophy.
Through experienced coaching, structured sessions, and a strong focus on player development, the MiniRoos Program helps young footballers develop the skills, habits and enjoyment required to continue their football journey. The program creates a strong foundation for future progression within Malvern City FC’s pathway while fostering a love for the game and the values of teamwork, respect and commitment both on and off the field.
Juniors
U12-U21
Malvern City FC’s Junior Program provides footballers in the U12-U21 age groups with a supportive and structured environment designed to develop their skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. Led by Program Director Mike Piper, the program focuses on creating positive learning experiences through age-appropriate coaching, player development, and a consistent football philosophy across the junior age groups.
Through quality coaching, structured training sessions, and a focus on technical development, teamwork, and game understanding, players are encouraged to build strong football foundations while developing important values such as respect, commitment and sportsmanship. The Junior Program aims to nurture a lifelong love for football while providing players with the skills, confidence and pathway to continue their progression within Malvern City FC.
